528 Metta Circle Method

In the 528 Metta circle (1) 4 kinds of Metta one Circle (2) Animal life one circle for 12 persons to be counted serially (3) East, South East as for (10) direction so you will find 3 kinds of circle.

For 4 kinds of Metta you will find in Circle (a). Right beneath that you will find 12 persons circle (Animal Life). You have to say or resite as (1) All animals to be danger free (2) All animals anxiety free (3) All Suffering free (4) All full of happiness and wealth, together with 4 kinds of Metta.

Then serially for all (2) For living beings (a) all to be danger free with (b) (c) (d). For existence of being up to those in hell, together with 4 kinds of Metta with (12) persons we will get (12 X 4=48) Metta.

Then this will be multiply with (10) directions according to the arrow mark. East for those who live in the East direction for all (1) Animals (a) (b) (c) (d) to reside 4 kinds of Metta. For the rest in East we share 4 kinds of Metta (12) persons for the East, so we get (12 X 4=48) for the East.

Then share West from South East arrow pointed direction clockwise. After North East, we say Heaven and Hell. For summery from East to Hell (Down) we have (10) directions with one face 48 and for 10 we get (48 x 10=480) and for persons (12 x 4=48) for 10 directions we get 480 (48 x 10=480). For both (480+48=528)

Note : For this Metta Circle and saying of Directions, you have to say "Those who are in East Direction" and so on mentioning for the direction you aim.

For Example : "Those who are in the East Direction" (For East)
